1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the day your tracking shows delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a full refund, your items must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received them, with all original packaging and House of Alenza tags firmly attached.

2. How to Start Your Return
Please do not mail items back to our corporate registration address. All returns are managed digitally and must go back directly to our fulfillment center.

Once you enter your order details, a pre-paid, trackable return shipping label will be automatically generated for you.

3. Return Fees
Returns are completely free of charge (£0.00) for all eligible items within the United Kingdom when processed through our official returns portal link above.

4. Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return package arrives safely at our fulfillment center, the logistics team will inspect and grade the items back into inventory. Once verified, your refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method. Please allow *5 to 10 business days* for your banking provider to clear and post the funds to your account.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please do not use the standard returns portal. Contact our support team immediately at info@houseofalenza.com with a description and a photo of the issue so we can fast-track a free replacement or priority refund for you.
