Is it really Egyptian cotton?

Yes. Our bedding and towels are made from 100% Egyptian cotton and crafted in Egypt by textile makers with over 30 years of experience.

What is the thread count?

Our bedding set, duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases are 300 thread count, for a smooth, breathable finish.

What sizes do you offer?

Our bedding comes in Double and King. Each product page has a size guide with full measurements.

How do I care for it?

Please wash before first use. Wash with similar colours, avoid fabric softeners, do not bleach, and tumble dry low or air dry. Following the care steps helps cotton stay smooth and soft for longer. Cotton can shrink slightly, so please follow the care label.

How much is delivery?

Delivery within the United Kingdom is free on all orders.

How long will my order take?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) are usually dispatched the same business day. Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch, and you will receive tracking updates by email and/or SMS.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

What is your returns policy?

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags. Eligible UK returns are free when processed through our returns portal: start a return. Once we have received and inspected your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear.
