## House of Alenza – Shipping & Delivery Policy

All House of Alenza orders are processed and dispatched through our premium, high-efficiency automated fulfillment partner, Hive. 

### 1. Delivery Destinations
* We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

### 2. Order Processing & Next-Day Cut-Off
* **Next-Day Delivery Cut-Off:** Orders must be placed before **2:00 PM (GMT)** Monday through Friday to qualify for next-day processing and delivery dispatch. 
* Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) or over weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the following business day.

### 3. UK Domestic Shipping Rates
* **Orders £100.00 and Over:** Free Standard Shipping.
* **Orders Under £100.00:** A flat shipping fee of **£4.99** applies.
* Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will instantly receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery live.
